1. Nature of the Service
PLUSH CLUB is a free virtual claw game. There are no physical prizes or cash rewards. Game coins and plushies have no value outside the game. They cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash, and trading between users is not supported.
2. Accounts
You may play as a guest without an account, but guest progress cannot be recovered after browser cookies are lost. Creating an account or signing in with Google preserves your records. Password recovery is not currently available. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Manipulating or repeatedly running the game using automation tools or programs
- Overloading the server or exploiting vulnerabilities to unfairly obtain coins, scores or rankings
- Impersonating other users or using insulting, hateful or advertising content in nicknames
If a violation is confirmed, records may be corrected or account access restricted without prior notice.
4. Game settings and records
The operator may adjust settings such as grip strength and plushie weight. Changes apply from the next round. All game outcomes are decided by the server. Plushie piles carry over between rounds and players without resetting; only the operator may reset them.
5. Changes and interruptions
The Service is run by an individual as a hobby. Features may change without notice, and maintenance, faults or closure may interrupt access. Preservation against data loss is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. As a free entertainment service, to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
